Job Description

    We're Hiring: Fluent English Customer Support Agent for UK Markt (Hybrid) – Cairo & Alexandria

  What You'll Do: 

· Communicate with customers via phone and provide expert support "It's an English-speaking environment and where you'll be supporting international clients".
· Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
· Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
· Maintain a high-quality customer experience and represent the company professionally.
· Perform data entry across various platforms. 

  What We're Looking For: 

· Native or Native-like Fluency in English is mandatory "C2 or C1 Level proficiency"
· Graduates, gap year students, or dropouts.
· Residents of Cairo or Alexandria (mandatory nesting period from our premises: 4–8 weeks).
· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Excellent phone etiquette and multitasking abilities.
· Prior experience in English call centers is a plus.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English C1 is a Must
  • Graduates or Dropouts only
  • Egyptian Nationality is a must.
