Customer Care Coordinator – Remote

GoZagel is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Customer Care/Engagement Coordinator to manage our daily customer communication channels and support light marketing/admin tasks.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, website chat, email forms, and incoming calls.

• Review website bookings and follow up with customers when needed.

• Provide shipment status updates and handle customer-facing refund follow-up.

• Reply to a limited number of incoming sales calls and help convert inquiries into bookings.

• Coordinate with the operations team when a customer issue requires courier or shipment investigation.

• Update customer records and follow CRM workflows accurately.

• Support GoZagel email campaigns and blog publishing.

• Keep customer communication clear, professional, and timely.

• Help update basic reports and customer-related records when required.
