Job Description
- Acquire new clients and achieve sales goals/quotas according to the monthly and the annual sales target.
- Follow up after initial contact until closing the sales and arranging deliveries for efficient following up.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to growth client’s loyalty and satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit detailed and accurate sales reports of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products to the department manager/direct manager.
- Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Accelerate the solution of customer problems and complaints to maximize their satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Participate in preparing the requirements of the conditions for tenders.
- Continuously improve through feedback and identify areas for improving and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
- Regular visits to clients or work sites and Participate of promotional material or events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…).
- Excellent knowledge of others system (ERP).
