Job Description
- Achieve sales value and numeric distribution targets through following the business KPI's.
- Control trade assets in the market and maximize the best utilization of company assets (Freezers/ trucks) to ensure the highest productivity/ efficiency.
- Ensure the deployment of different visibility packages P.O.P.
- Provide the Sales management with the sufficient reports covering peoples performance /behavior/ market conditions/ competition/ others.
- Lead, coach, and direct the Sales force to achieve the present sales objectives and targets and ensure the highest distribution of NPD's.
- Ensure control & collection of salesmen shortage & customers' open item on time.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Major: Economics or Marketing
- Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in Sales Operation or Account Management within FMCG industry
- Understand trade channels
- Strong knowledge of local market
- Knowledge of Shopper Behavior
- Knowledge of our brands (positioning and strategies)
