Job Description
As a Senior PHP Developer, you will serve as part of a development team supporting both established projects and creating from the ground up. The ideal candidate is an experienced team player who is passionate about technology and committed to self development, possessing the ability to apply their technical knowledge, skills, and experience to solve complex/ real-world problems.
Responsibilities:
- Help plan and define the scope of new features.
- Build and support project features based on engineering best practices.
- Work on bug fixes and improvements during each cycle.
- Review and test development features from other team members.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- A strong foundation in Computer Science, Data Structures , OOP and Design Patterns.
- Hands-on Experience in designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Deep knowledge of fundamental database concepts.
- Deep knowledge of PHP 5, PHP 7.
- Experience in Laravel Framework.
- Experience in other frameworks like CodeIgniter, Phalcon is a plus.
- Excellent foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Deep knowledge of Git version control.
- Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks.
- Has the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary.
