Job Description
- Make outbound telesales calls as per a call list using a contact management system.
- Explain the product features (Software) and benefits and convince the customer to buy and/or subscribe.
- Successfully overcome customer objections.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets on sales performance and quality.
- Establishing relationships with potential clients and acquire them
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare sales presentations (weekly/monthly) to the management
- Deal with CRM, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Tele-sales
- Call center experience is a must
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
