Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences for a variety of digital products and platforms. The successful candidate must have a strong portfolio that demonstrates their ability to create user-centered designs and solve complex design problems. The Senior UI/UX Designer will work with cross-functional teams that include product managers, developers, marketers, and other designers to design and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research to identify user needs, goals, and pain points.
• Create user personas, user journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements and design solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Create design systems, style guides, and other design documentation to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and share knowledge with the wider design team.
• Mentor and coach junior designers and contribute to the development of design talent within the organization.
• Ensure that all design work meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products and platforms.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to create user-centered designs and solve complex design problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and Axure.
• Familiarity with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
