Job Description
- Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Screening and short-listing candidates against job openings and ensuring compliance of all required certificates
- Endorsing shortlisted candidates to technical interview
- Plan crew changes in advance in coordination with marine operation manager, check availability of crew and compliance of all certificates
- Handle all crew sign-on/off formalities
- Arrange any visas, medical tests or additional training required
- Arrange transportation for joining and departing crew as per crew schedule
- Maintain filling for all crew certificates, company medical form, on-board training andappraisals
- Ensure that personnel files and all crew’ certificates are kept up to date.
- Track all personnel on the payroll to ensure they are paid correctly
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good communication skills
- Good attention to details
- Very organized,
- Able to handle multi task
