Keep the production section head well informed of Production status and serves as liaison between staff and Head of Production.
Manages Production resources within RM and Production schedule.
Apply significant knowledge to improve Product process and Quality.
Review work of the Production team.
Issue and update Production instructions for Production control.
Ensuring that Production equipment’s are in satisfactory state of repair to achieve the required process capability.
Monitor Production performance.
Supervise the corrective or preventive actions after analyzing the root causes of any non-conformity.
Adjust assignments as needed to best utilize team resources.
Distribution of labor in the three shifts according to the production plan.
Monitoring the performance of the department's employees and trying to improve their performance.
Monitoring machine speeds.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or any relevant field.
Experience in the same field is preferred or in another manufacturing field.
English Language: Very Good.
Computer Skills: Very good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…).
Excellent communication skills.
Team awareness and concern for others.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a team.
