Responsibilities
Develop accurate 3D street models incorporating two proposed buildings using provided data
Integrate city-provided files (DWG, GDB) and reference the online 3D city map for consistency
Ability to perform accurate shadow and sunlight simulations
Strong understanding of architectural modeling, proportions, and scale
Capability to create clear and compelling visual narratives without overemphasis on photorealism
Efficient workflow for quick project turnaround and strict deadline compliance
Strong communication and ability to interpret technical input (blueprints, DWG/GDB files)
Remote availability and readiness to take on urgent, focused work

Render still images from two specified viewpoints to highlight the impact on neighboring properties
Produce an animation sequence showing shadow progression and light reduction from multiple vantage points
Deliver final outputs within two weeks of project start
