Job Description
- Should be able to demonstrate core competencies of a professional Quantity Surveyor
- Should possess in depth knowledge of Contracts and its interpretations.
- Should be aware about SWS Standard Procedures related to Payments, RCDR's variation order, final account/Project Close out etc.
- Review, monitor and report on financial status.
- Liaise with Consultant's staff and SWS in respect of financial matters and as necessary.
- Be fully aware of Contractual requirements. Measure work done, materials on site etc. and prepare valuations in accordance with SWS’s procedure.
- Evaluate and administer Change Orders and Day works.
- Ensure all procedures as required by the CONTRACT are followed.
- Prepare Final Account
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- At least 10 years of experience out of which not less than 5 years should be related experience (sewerage) mandatory.
