Job Description
* Job Summary:
- Ordering medication and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Monitors expired and nearly expired medications
- Monitor narcotics process and audit on narcotics
- Ensure availability of medication at pharmacy
- Checking daily pharmacy stocks
- Improving dispense process
- Responsible for satellite pharmacy stock
* Responsibilities & Duties:
- Responsible for obtaining the stocks under control and try not to reach to
zero limit
- Prepare a list of critical items to be monitored and to ensure its safety stock
is available
- Responsible for collecting monthly expired and nearly expired list from
assistant pharmacist and analyze it
- Monitor inventory level of all pharmacy items
- review regular stock take on high value items and on highly consumed
items
- Investigates and reports any discrepancy (quantity and quality) between
system and physical stock
- Assembles performance statistics, analyzes them and make
recommendations for improvements
- Establishes system documentation and ensure it is continually sustained
- Write reports, add new fields, creates business objects filters to improve
current data warehouse.
- Pharmacy mapping to ease accessibility.
- Responsible for any inventory stock take done twice/yearly by OFA.
*Objectives:
Ensure proper use of stocks and to keep it accurate between systems and physically in store, analyzes data and make recommendations for improvement. Write reports for our pharmacy stocks
Job Requirements
*Education: bachelor degree of pharmaceutical science
* Certification: Bachelor degree of pharmaceutical science
* Experience: 3-year experience at warehouse management field
* Certificates: Preferably supply chain diploma
* Skills: communication skills, analytical skills, Negotiation skill,
