Job Description
Pupil Supervision and Support
- Supervise students during transitions between classes, ensuring they move in an orderly manner.
- Monitor hallways, restrooms, and common areas to prevent and address any inappropriate behavior or conflicts.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during school hours.
- Assist with supervision during school events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
- Supervise pupils during Breakfast and Afternoon Tea.
- Supervise pupils during morning break & garden time.
- Ensure the safety of pupils while on the playground.
- Accompany pupils on school buses to and from school, ensuring their safety and appropriate behavior.
- Act as a chaperone on school trips, assisting with supervision and ensuring pupil safety.
- Supervise pupils during prep homework in the Library.
Other Duties
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the Assistant Head (Development & Compliance).
- Supply academic staff with necessary stationery and class support materials.
- Support various school events and activities as required.
- Supporting the co-curricular programme.
- Receptionist duties in the Sports Centre if required.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a school setting
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
