Job Description
1- Manage and supervise telecommunications infrastructure and its related software.
2- Oversee the performance of voice systems and conduct traffic analysis and capacity planning so that the quality-of-service functions properly.
3- Working with telephony protocols, such as SIP, TCP/IP, H323, QoS, ..etc. They evaluate existing capabilities and aid in planning guidelines to tap emerging trends in cloud, VoIP, mobility solutions and managed services.
4- Developing, and implement policies, measures, and training plans for the administration of telecommunication systems. The devise a plan for and arrange preemptive maintenance and upgrades for equipment and software of voice systems.
Job Requirements
• knowledge about Cisco UCCE and gateways.
• knowledge about Avaya systems and gateways.
• knowledge of Genesys systems.
• CCNA, CCNP
• Knowledge about MSSQL, Databases, Virtual Machines, and cloud solutions.
• Familiar with programing and development.
