Job Description
- Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver high-quality products.
- Remove impediments and roadblocks to the team’s progress, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Coach team members in self-organization and cross-functionality to maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-prepared and prioritized product backlog.
- Monitor sprint progress and performance, using metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of open communication, transparency, and trust within the team.
- Identify and address process gaps, recommending improvements for greater efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and facilitate the adoption of agile methodologies across teams.
- Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, principles, and practices.
- Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team dynamics effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to removing obstacles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members on agile best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Open to working in an on-site office environment.
