Job Description
- Handling phone calls immediately. Corresponding to emails in a timely manner means that a response is given within 24 hours max.
- Responsible for the e-mails of chairman and IDF accounts, all e-mails must be printed and delivered to the chairman by 9:00 am on time; additionally, print any other emails received and submit them to the chairman immediately.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the whole company, making sure we have the best rates and services.
- Responsible for the ambience and image of the office and meeting room.
- Writing formal letters or emails (Arabic or English).
- Maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Responsible for the confidentiality of all documents, correspondents, and information in general.
- Set up and maintain an accurate filing system (hardcopy or softcopy).
- Translation from Arabic to English and vice versa.
- Preparing all reports requested by the management.
- Taking minutes of the meeting (MOM), putting together the action list, and following up with other departments.
- Follow up departmental objectives and KPIs to submit the reports to CEO
- Write all exchanged documents internally/externally in the assigned register and deliver it to the relevant department with signature.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- +3 years’ experience in the same field.
- Presentable.
- Excellent command of English language.
- German / French Language is additional.
- Typing speed (Min 30 words/ minute).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good usage of Microsoft package (Outlook- word –Excel –PowerPoint)
- 6th October Resident or nearby areas.
