Job Description

  • Receiving incoming calls from customers and responding to their inquiries and needs in a clear and professional manner.
  • Recording and documenting customer information and problems on the company’s system.
  • Analyzing problems and complaints and working to provide effective solutions to customers.
  • Responsible for receiving a statement of CIL letters from brokers or self-contained clients and including their data on the system.
  • Participate in the contract review course.
  • Preparing and submitting periodic reports to the direct manager regarding inquiries, complaints, and suggestions.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Update calendars and schedule meeting

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
  • Proven work experience from 1 to4 years.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
