Job Description
- Receiving incoming calls from customers and responding to their inquiries and needs in a clear and professional manner.
- Recording and documenting customer information and problems on the company’s system.
- Analyzing problems and complaints and working to provide effective solutions to customers.
- Responsible for receiving a statement of CIL letters from brokers or self-contained clients and including their data on the system.
- Participate in the contract review course.
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports to the direct manager regarding inquiries, complaints, and suggestions.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Update calendars and schedule meeting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
- Proven work experience from 1 to4 years.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
