Job Description
Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Develop and execute distinct annual marketing plans for ZumraHub (B2B) and ZumraFood (B2C), aligned with company goals.
- Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective use and ROI across all channels.
- Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand awareness for both business lines.
- Establish and track key marketing KPIs; provide regular reporting on acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Brand Management
- Maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity and messaging for both ZumraHub and ZumraFood.
- Supervise design and production of all marketing content and visuals.
- Strengthen Zumra’s brand presence and market positioning.
Technology-Enabled Digital Marketing
- Lead integrated digital marketing efforts: social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing.
- Manage presence and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Optimize web performance, drive traffic, and increase high-quality leads using data-driven tactics.
- Leverage marketing technology (automation tools, CRM, analytics platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Zumra’s proprietary digital solutions) to maximize campaign performance and scalability.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing results; continuously recommend and implement improvements.
Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Work closely with sales to generate leads and support revenue targets.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and iterate based on data insights.
- Champion creative, low-cost growth experiments (“growth hacking”) to support rapid expansion.
Communication & PR
- Oversee internal and external communications to build company image.
- Manage PR activities, events, and strategic partnerships that create strong associations with Zumra’s brand.
Community & Partnerships
- Cultivate brand communities - especially through digital platforms and social engagement.
- Develop marketing partnerships to drive mutual growth and market reach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with technology, customer support, sales, and operations to ensure marketing initiatives support company objectives.
- Align marketing strategies and messaging to Zumra’s broader business and product roadmaps.
Customer-Centric Approach & Feedback
- Champion a feedback-driven, customer-oriented marketing culture.
- Continuously solicit and integrate customer feedback to refine messaging, offerings, and campaign execution.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Supervise and support a cross-functional marketing team (designers, content creators, digital marketers).
- Foster a culture of autonomy, creativity, mastery, and continuous improvement.
- Encourage process orientation, adaptability, and ownership of results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Experience in the field of e-commerce, preferably within the food & beverage sector.
- Track record in managing and developing cross-functional marketing teams.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, analytics, and automation.
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in account-based, enterprise, or SaaS marketing is a plus.
- Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or high-growth startups preferred.
- Self-starter mentality, bias towards action, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
