Job Responsibilities:
The main purpose of Presales Engineering is to support and co-lead the sales process by providing technical knowledge, designing and delivering solutions, and consulting on technical aspects of opportunities to ensure smooth integration and end-to-end solution positioning between clients and RSP .
Technical sales engineer can act as technical consultant, and agents of transformation; bridging the gap between business and technology, helping clients get the most of out RSP solutions and offerings .Provide full technical datasheet and support to sales and account teams starting with discovery till closure of opportunities .
• Collect technical requirements, challenges and identify integration points within engaged projects.
• Design and present high-level technical solutions for customers, and help translate technical challenges to business value solutions using RSP platform, solutions and technology .
• Take lead on client demos, presentations and POCs, covering business use cases and industry best practices .
• Handle all compliance sheets required from projects consultants and contractors .
• Have an understanding of market requirements, challenges and trends and provide feedback to steer the development of products’ features .
• Mentor, coach and train junior team members and newcomers to help grow team capabilities
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in plastic pipe industries is preferred.
- More than 3 years of experience.
- Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent .
- excellent communication and time management skills.
- very good English skills.
