Job Description
*Quantity takeoff of projects.
* Making as-built drawings and shop drawings.
* Coordinate with Project controls Engineer in issuing the progress reports
* Issue/revise Subcontractors’ Interim payments
* Issuing submitter of all materials used in the projects.
* Attending meetings with Consultants and Employer.
* Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings and resolving technical mattes on site.
* Resolve arising conflicts between various design components.
* Ensure proper documentation and records
Job Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Architectural or civil Engineering.
* 2-4 years of experience in the required job duties.
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a must.
* Sound knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations is essential.
* Attention to details and a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting the projects deadlines.
* Flexibility to work on several projects simultaneously.
