Job Description
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
- Review, submittal and follow up of the projects shop drawings and material submittals.
- Maintaining the project’s time schedule, and monthly look-ahead.
- Preparing cost estimates and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Preparation and follow up of Sub-Contractors Invoices.
- Negotiating with sub-contracts to ensure the best contracts.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Preparing and submittals of project documents, which includes but not limited to:
- Daily reports.
- Material Inspection Requests (MIR)
- Work inspection requests. (WIR)
- Requests for information’s. (RFI)
- Variation orders.
- Planning and coordinating site work with other disciplines.
- Managing and maintaining a good relation with project’s consultant, client and any other stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering.
- 10 To 15 years of experience.
- Experience in Site Construction work.
