Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and web analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and improve conversion rates.
- Research, investigate, and recommend a new POS system integrating onsite and online sales, inventory management, and reporting.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to enhance the cafe dining experience, focusing on menu innovation, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with culinary experts and vendors to curate a menu that offers healthy and sustainable food options.
- Implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty, such as loyalty programs, special events, and partnerships.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with onsite
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in an omnichannel or e-commerce environment.
