Job Description
- Handle onsite medical claims and requests
- Follow-up with medical insurance companies on approvals
- Handle emergency cases for corporate accounts with the insurance company
- Act immediately on any critical cases
- Use multiple means to communicate with medical insurance companies
- Perform multiple visits to different client sites in Cairo and Giza to ensure service level quality
- Provide reports as needed
- Report to the Senior account manager and corporate relations and On-site Doctor
Job Requirements
- Holder of a Bachelor degree in a related field (Business, Commerce, Law)
- Not Suitable for Medical and Pharmaceutical Studies
- From 1 to 2 years experience max. in the same post
- Fluent English Language is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Must own a Car
- Males Only can apply
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Respectable and Presentable
- Okay with moving and working on-sites
- People and client oriented
- Residence of Cairo and Giza are welcome to apply
