We are seeking a dedicated and persuasive Telesales Representative (Females only) to join our growing    e-commerce team specializing in cosmetics products. The role involves engaging with customers to confirm their order details, and effectively handle hesitant buyers to ensure successful order completion.

This is a remote, full-time role with a fixed schedule and a commission-based incentive.

Key Responsibilities:
Confirm customer order details and ensure accuracy of contact and delivery information

Convince hesitant customers to complete their orders through strong persuasion and support

Maintain clear and respectful communication with customers

Details:
Fixed salary: EGP 1,500

Commission: EGP 5 per confirmed order

Working hours: 8-hour shift, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work days: 6 days/week (Fridays off)

Location: Work from home
