Job Description
We are looking to hire (Compensation & Benefits Specialist)
- Responsible for Addition and deletion for the benefits participation.
- Responsible to follow-up on new banks account.
- Responsible to prepare salaries for subaccounts.
- Participate in the salary Grading and annual increase.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred in business management.
- Solid work experience in salary structure design, job evaluation and grading structure design.
- Solid knowledge in benefits plans especially medical and life insurance
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR (2 years in the similar position).
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
