Job Description

We are looking to hire (Compensation & Benefits Specialist) 

  • Responsible for Addition and deletion for the benefits participation.
  • Responsible to follow-up on new banks account.
  • Responsible to prepare salaries for subaccounts.
  • Participate in the salary Grading and annual increase.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred in business management.
  • Solid work experience in salary structure design, job evaluation and grading structure design.
  • Solid knowledge in benefits plans especially medical and life insurance
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR (2 years in the similar position).
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
