- Execute departmental stock control plans in alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare and implement monthly visit schedules, conducting daily field visits as planned.
- Conduct full inventory audits for:

Random checks
- Ensure the physical availability of returned items
- Assess the condition and documentation of returned stock
- Review open transfers before site visits and investigate reasons for open transfers
- Validate and document findings during visits
- Confirm stock quantity matches physical presence
- Check for missing codes and code consistency
- Reconcile petty cash and sales cash differences during visits
