Job Description
As IAM Resident Engineer, you will be the dedicated identity and access management specialist responsible for maintaining and operating a client's IAM environment. You will combine technical expertise with client
engagement to ensure the IAM infrastructure remains secure, efficient, and aligned with the client's business needs.
- Perform daily health checks and monitoring of the One Identity Manager environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests
- Maintain the IAM infrastructure
- Configure and manage attestation processes from a technical and configuration perspective
- Consult with client stakeholders on IAM best practices and improvements.
- Maintain daily communication with the client regarding system status and ongoing activities
- Implement minor workflow changes and process improvements
- Onboard and integrate new target systems into the governance framework
- Create and maintain documentation for IAM processes and configurations
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to identity management
- Provide training and end-user support
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science or relevant.
- Require 1-3 years of related work experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency in .NET development
- Strong SQL skills for database queries and troubleshooting
- Familiar with common enterprise applications and infrastructure
- Experience in Databases.
- Effective communication in English requires clear and concise written and spoken communication
- Presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
