Job Description
• Overseeing Biomedical Equipment for managing the maintenance, repair, and calibration of medical equipment throughout the organization. This includes evaluating equipment needs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with vendors for equipment servicing.
• Team management of biomedical technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and support. This involves assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting regular evaluations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Customer support by assisting customers with technical issues related to biomedical equipment, software, or systems, either through phone, email, or in-person interactions
• Troubleshooting by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems faced by customers, ensuring minimal downtime and interruption in equipment functionality.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and support business goals.
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Medical Device specially IVD/Labs devices field (Photometer, CBC, Chemistry, Immune and Hormone).
- Solid management Skills.
- TLA
- Track system for immunology, chemistry and hematology
- Integrated system for IVD
