Job Description
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverable.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Design and document processes and SLAs.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
- Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
- Work closely with product management and senior management in order to create a product that fits the company portfolio.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Track project costs in order to meet budget.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of project management and related experience in ERP projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Proficiency of Agile Development Methodology is preferred.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Fast and Agile learner with a proven record of getting things done.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills and extremely resourceful.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
