Job Description
- Oversee daily factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, logistics, and workforce management.
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet demand while maintaining optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency, downtime, quality, and safety.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff, ensuring proper training and performance evaluations.
- Manage budgets, production costs, and inventory control to meet profitability targets.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing techniques.
- Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, engineering, and sales to align operations with business objectives.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management regarding operational performance and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
