About the Job

Monitoring and controlling the inbound & outbound activities in operations.
Creating and developing sales reports regarding generated leads and quality control
Remotely and side by side and random monitoring calls for national accounts.
Generate Weekly and Monthly Reports & Analysis
Generate Correct Database reports
Review the CRM training material and update verification quizzes
Support in conducting Training sessions for newcomers’ agents
Assisting in quality assurance regarding after-sales service (e.g.: Making sure that everything is going well between our sales agents and the clients

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree.
Minimum 2 years’ Experience at the same Field & Preferred Real Estate
Expert in CRM Systems & MS Office.
Male & Female.
