Job Description
- Monitor production working hours and machine working hours.
- Review standard costs and report all types of variances.
- Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Inventory Movement Reconciliation.
- Production lines Job Order control and Data collection.
- Identify and highlight BOM changes regularly.
- record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs)
- Review and generate standard and Moving Average actual costs for production.
- Generate Monthly Inventory reports ( WIP, Semi-finished and Finished Products).
- Analyzing Stock data collected and recording results.
- Conduct regular and End of year Inventory counts.
- Submit and record Stock Items valuation on SAP.
- Able to perform as key user, troubleshooting issues and guiding other users on SAP.
- Review and validate Inventory receipts and Stock issuance receipts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to cost accounting.
- Monthly Inventory valuation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting-English Department
- 3 Years of Experience in Cost Accounting.
- Manufacturing background, Preferably Plastic industry.
- Solid knowledge of Costing Methods (Standard / Estimated costs /Moving Average).
- Ability to handle and work with Multi BOM.
- ERP User preferred SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
