Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Executives' calendar, prioritize appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Screen and prioritize communications, including emails and calls.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
• Organize travel plans, logistics, and itineraries.
• Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and other departments.
• Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Support in overseeing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Job Requirements
• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask effectively.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the dynamics of industrial businesses is highly preferred.
