Job Description
CyberPulse Vanguard Solutions, "a startup (Haven't acquired clients yet)" based in Michigan, U.S., is on a mission to redefine IT solutions and digital marketing for clients across the U.S., Egypt, and the Gulf region. As we lay the foundation for our ambitious venture, we're seeking a Business Relationship Manager to spearhead our efforts in building and nurturing strategic partnerships and client relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients in the IT sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the team to pursue them.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with our strategic goals and values.
- Provide insights and feedback from the market to help shape our services and strategies.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on partnership agreements and project deliverables.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to inform business decisions.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Organize and participate in networking events and conferences to represent the company and identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Develop and implement a robust business development strategy, setting clear objectives and key performance indicators.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of the market.
Job Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in business relationship management, preferably within the IT industry.
- A proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving business growth.
- Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Strategic thinking, excellent negotiation, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing principles. - Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Certifications such as Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP), or Digital Marketing Specialist Certification are considered a plus.
