We’re looking for a Tech Lead who will be responsible for managing a team of developers, driving technical discussions, making key technical decisions, and ensuring the implementation of agreed architecture and designs. The ideal candidate will be required to establish and enforce coding standards, ensure project deliverability, identify and fix technical issues, and work alongside our product manager, project manager, and solution architect.

You will be responsible for:

• Work with a Product Manager to understand product requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Work with a Solution Architect to design and challenge the solutions
• Work with a Project Manager to estimate, prioritize, and plan out releases and stages of development
• Lead a team of 6-8 developers, mentor, and provide insights into the software development process, ensuring quality, and on-time deliverability
• Drive technical discussions and provide technical guidance to the team, including representing the team in broader technical discussions around architecture and other large user impact issues
• Establish and enforce code quality standards and ensure they are adhered to by the team.
