Job Description

Studygram Inc. is a global educational marketing and consulting agency with offices in Kuwait, Egypt, and USA. We are looking for a dynamic and details-oriented Customer Success Representative with sharp communication skills to join our expanding team.

The Customer Success Representative will conduct both inbound and outbound calls and emails, handle our students inquires through phone and chats, follow-up continuously with them, and give attention to company’s clientele to stay loyal and satisfied.

 

Job duties and responsibilities:

1.   Communicate with customers through various channels

2.   Listen actively and respond promptly to customer inquiries about Studygram programs and services

3.   Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support by using the CS needed methods

4.  Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.

5.   Coordinate internally with Studygram teams to provide in time deliveries to customers

6.   Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints on our CRM

7.  Communicate with Studygram external partners when needed

8. Follow the agreed-on guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure maintaining the desired customer’s satisfaction

9. Any other related Job-duties

Basic salary + reasonable commission every 6 months

Fixed shifts from Saturday to Wednesday (from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) 

Job Requirements

Professional Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, social science, or any related field.

2.  1-3 years of experience in the same position.

3. Fluency in English language (Both verbal and written) is a must

4. Details Oriented

5. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and learning

6. Knowledge of various national and international educational systems and universities admission systems is a plus
