Job Description
- Preparing and Reviewing Customers’ and Vendors’ invoices in View of the Confirmed Orders / Agreements and Applied Financial Laws / Regulations
- Preparing and Reconciling Payrolls in Accordance with the Applied Tax and Social Insurance Laws / Regulations
- Recording Journal and General Ledger Entries
- Monitoring and Reconciling the Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Handling Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closings
- Preparing Financial Statements and Other Financial Documents Whenever Needed
- Preparing and Submitting Tax Returns
- Monitoring and Analyzing the Company’s Expenditure, and Regularly Reporting on Its Financial Health and Liquidity
- Liaising and Following Up with Banks for Timely Transfers, Withdrawals, and Other Transactions
Job Requirements
- At Least one-Year Experience at an Accounting / Auditing Firm
- Fluency in Written Business English Is a MUST
- Graduates of Accounting English Section Are Preferred
- Alexandria Residents Only
- Excellent User of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Hands-on Experience with Accounting Software (e.g. Quickbooks) is Preferred
- Up-to-Date Knowledge of Local Tax and Corporate Laws / Regulations Is a Booster
- Very Good Filing and Data Recalling Skills
- Good-Looking with Considerable Communication Skills
