Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and official directives related to Compliance and Governance to maintain the company’s legal and regulatory standing and avoid penalties or reputational risks
  • Assist in the preparation of Governance Department reports for submission to the Compliance Manager to provide accurate and timely information that supports informed decision-making and oversight
  • Monitor and ensure timely submission of required responses and reports from relevant departments to the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and other competent authorities to meet regulatory deadlines and ensure transparency and accountability to external regulators
  • Oversee outsourcing activities and prepare related compliance reports to ensure third-party service providers operate within regulatory and internal governance frameworks
  • Coordinate with head office departments to ensure adherence to Governance regulations and manage inquiries related to regulatory governance issues to promote a culture of compliance and provide guidance on regulatory expectations across departments
  • Contribute to the preparation of the company’s Annual Report to ensure the report meets legal disclosure requirements and reflects accurate, comprehensive corporate governance information
  • Review and ensure that new and existing products, internal procedures, and marketing materials comply with relevant laws and regulations, including customer transparency requirements to protect consumer rights, uphold brand integrity, and ensure product/service offerings are legally sound
  • Regularly review and monitor compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to ensure ethical standards are maintained across the organization and to address potential misconduct
  • Support the preparation and execution of regulatory Compliance and Governance inspection reports to identify non-compliance issues, recommend corrective actions, and enhance internal control mechanisms
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to Compliance and Governance to create a structured framework that aligns operational practices with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct training sessions for AMAN Co. staff on Governance principles, compliance topics, and updates to policies and procedures to enhance employee awareness, reduce compliance risks, and foster a culture of ethical behavior

Job Requirements

  • CAMS, CCO and any other professional Certifications related AML / Compliance or Governance (is preferable)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance and governance functions
