Job Description
- Manage the whole restaurant operations to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and sales target through presenting high-quality products & service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent background in establishing fast-food restaurants and selecting the required staff and equipment.
- A solid track record of running restaurants successfully, starting from marketing and brand promotion, competition research, business development, and identifying target customers to actively supervise every part of the restaurant operations including service level, menu quality, staffing, and financial aspects.
- Excellent record of kitchen management
- Preferred experience in big fast-food restaurants
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait for staff
