Job Description
We are looking for an Odoo Developer responsible for the development and maintenance of Odoo ERP Platforms. Your primary focus will be the development of Odoo applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.
Responsibilities :
- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
- Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Python code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Develop clean, readable, secure, and extensible Python code
- Develop new Odoo modules
- Update/Fix pre-developed modules
- Test the developed code
- Install developed systems on staging and production servers
- Document requirements and define which will need configurations and which will need development
- Perform the configuration (implementation) tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree university in a related field required (Computer science or Engineering).
- Excellent programming logic and skills.
- Strong knowledge of Python & PostgreSQL database.
- Linux experience (preferably Ubuntu).
- Solid understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming.
- Experience in Developing new Odoo (OpenERP) Module and extension of the Odoo (OpenERP)
- framework and its existing modules.
- Experience in Odoo architecture & MVC.
- Experience in integrating Odoo with Other Business Systems.
- Experience with GIT or equivalent source control.
- Experience in HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap and JQuery(preferred).
