Job Description
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support business operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and reconcile bank statements regularly.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, open office environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
