Job Description

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all transactions are recorded
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Ensure compliance with all transaction-related regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with audits and prepare treasury-related financial reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Job Requirements

 

• Education and Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.

• Up to 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

• Familiarity with ERP accounting software like (Odoo).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
