Job Description
We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team in the accounting and treasury department. If you have a passion for numbers, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of financial processes, we encourage you to apply. Below are the positions available:
*Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
*Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely closing of books.
*Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
*Act as the main point of contact for auditors and ensure compliance with their requirements.
*Address any queries or concerns raised by auditors and assist in resolving issues.
*Prepare and submit tax data, including VAT, payroll tax, and withholding tax.
*Manage bank transactions, including cash deposits and check deposits.
*Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal utilization of funds.
*Prepare and issue checks and vouchers as required.
*Generate Performa invoices and electronic invoices for customers.
*Follow up on collections and ensure timely payments.
*Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.
*Perform accurate data entry into the Zoho Books system.
*Maintain organized and updated records.
*Assist in generating reports and retrieving information from the system.

Job Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
*Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books) and MS Excel.
*Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
