Job Description
- Supervises, coordinates, and reviews the work of assigned engineers, estimates staffing needs and schedules, and assigns work to meet completion dates
- Coordinates with client representatives to obtain approval on work as it is accomplished
- Responsible for carrying out the day-to-day activities of the project at site.
- Responsible for support to close substation punch list
- Discusses the cause of the possible delay and the proposed solutions to overcome this delay or records project delay details
- Instructs sub contractor to prepare the documents ,test reports and drawings then confirm signature from witness
- Coordinate with projects and planning on project time schedules, establish target completion dates, ensure target dates are achieved.
- Review of Design Packages of electrical substations
- Review and confirm ITP preparation during FAT attendance
- Review of Technical Submittals, Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings
- Preparation of Reports and Project related Documents.
- Preparation of Daily Man power and time Utilzation report.
- Preparation of Project Master schedule and Project progress report..
- Checking and make assurance the testing activities as per standard.
- Give the guidance for sub-contractors testing team.
- Send all the required documents on weekly basis or whenever required to commissioning manger for studying and decision.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of (6-8) years’ experience
- Very good command of English language
