Job Description
- Reviewing shop drawings for mechanical systems.
- Reviewing material submittals and data sheets of mechanical equipment in line with specifications and design documents.
- Inspecting installations and erections by contractor on site.
- Following up the execution and timetable with the contractor to ensure the completion of works in a timely manner.
- Attends regular meeting with a client, civil engineers, and consultant to provide an update on project progress.
- Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at a site that may arise at any time
- Ensures that all the works have done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
- Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineering •
10-15 years of relevant experience in consultant •
Big-scale projects background •
background knowledge of the relevant HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting engineering concepts and codes.
Adequate user of engineering drafting software such as AutoCAD 2D.
