Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answers out coming calls by clarifying desired information, location, and providing information.
- Maintains call center database by entering information.
- Follow up clients calls where necessary.
- Enter new client’s information into system.
- Take the clients calls through the Sales Team.
- Take part in supporting sales processes through data collected from clients.
- Keep an updated database of client’s information/inquiries and send it to the concerned department for proper action accordingly.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Achieving the highest customer satisfaction.
- Any other duties related to the job.
- Females only.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- At least 1 years of experience.
- Communication Skills: very good at interacting with prospective the clients.
- Organizational Skills: They are able to manage several telephone calls.
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic & English clearly verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential
