Job Description

Blue Ocean is looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and be able to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Job Description:
- Develop e-marketing strategies that align with the brand identity.
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports of results.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including affiliate marketing and paid ads.
- Design engaging and appropriate content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience across digital channels.

- Planning marketing and digital marketing campaigns, including Web, SEO/SEM, E-mail, social media and display advertising.

- build and maintain our social media presence.

- Ability to create Landing Pages and supply them with excellent content.

- Perform and maintain Email Marketing (e.g. Retargeting).

- Automate the Registration and Sign Up through Campaigns system.

- Implement relevant and successful Market Campaigns.

- Follow up on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and client touch points.

- Maintaining client communications with weekly reports, news articles, and guides.

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

- Be aware of emerging technologies and provide ideas and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

- implement content such as press releases, artwork, print and digital media (photos & videos, etc.).

- Assisting in the design of retail packaging and in the creation of in-store marketing displays.

- Working with advertising agencies to manage the brand’s marketing campaigns.

- Assist marketing manager with maintaining and growing the Brand’s affiliations and partnerships.

Essential Skills:

- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in various forms of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and understand ROI.

- Content Creation: Strong skills in creating compelling content that resonates with the target audience and adheres to brand voice.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, email automation software, etc.

- Search Engine Optimization: Understanding of current SEO best practices and strategies to increase visibility online.

- Skills with AI at E-Marketing: can leverage AI tools and technologies, it's important to specify this in the job skills requirements.

Communication Skills:

- English Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, is crucial for creating content and communicating with international markets.

- Copywriting: Ability to craft engaging marketing copy that drives action and conversion.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to work with various teams and stakeholders within the company.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in e-marketing or digital marketing roles.

- Education: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
