Job Description

RCC is looking for offshore advisors.. Come and join our Customer Service team!

  • Responsible for taking inbound calls for prospective customers, handling customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Salary: 6200 Gross + 185 profit share
  • Working hours: 8-hour shifts, rotational between 6 am and 9 pm.
  • Location: 6th of October, Smart Village.
  • Learn, understand, retain and regularly update and demonstrate product/process knowledge.
  • Transportation to meeting points
  • Social and medical insurance.

Job Requirements

Raya Contact Center is hiring Call center agents for one of the biggest Aviation  companies in MENA

Benefits:

  • Salary: 6200 gross  + 185 proft share

Job Conditions

  • English level : B2 - C1 “ Excellent up to fluent  ”
  • Having a call center experience in a US/UK account is mandatory.
  • Location: 6th of october

  • Rotational shifts: first shift starts at 6 am and last one ends at 10 pm
  • 2 days off
  • Paid training
  • Maximum age: 35
  • Graduates only ,Males must have an identified Military status
