  1. Lead, monitor, and train the accounting and finance team to enhance skill development and performance.
  2. Collaborate with the HR Manager to design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the finance and accounting team.
  3. Prepare and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  4. Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget, identify key variances, and present findings to senior management.

  10. Provide detailed financial forecasts and projections to support business planning and strategy.
  11. Ensure adherence to tax and financial regulations in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia, staying up-to-date on relevant compliance requirements.
  12. Liaise with external auditors to maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
  13. Oversee daily revenue tracking, ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts with bank balances and compliance with financial policies.
  14. Support the accounting team in maintaining accuracy in revenue reporting and daily financial transactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, with a strong understanding of cost management and profitability analysis.
  • Knowledge of local and international financial regulations, specifically in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, is essential.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Odoo, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
  • Experience in Both Saudi and Egyptian Markets is  Preferable
