The person will support the commercial team with the goal of maximizing revenue and profitability.Your Tasks Commercial Controlling (General) Update Dashboards and Reports in Excel, Power BI, and Power Point. Tracking & Analysis of Commercial KPIs (IMS, NS, NSP, GM, TTC, DT Stock). Provide insights in key business reviews. Full SOI Forecasting (NGS-GM, Variances, FX Impact, EBIT). Forecasting & Planning On a quarterly basis do a high-level scenario planning for revenue and GM based on latest KPI’s. Coordinate with other controllers to update latest SOI based on updates. Provide business partner support to Sales head during forecasting. Upload of NGS-EBIT Forecast & Key Launches in TM1 system. Sales Controlling (Technical) Go to for Sales Controlling Principles & MU Related Issues. Maintenance of Rebates in SAP for New FY & Required Changes. Maintenance of List Price & On Invoice Conditions in SAP. Maintenance of FDC Conditions for Imported FG. Promo Analysis Review of pre & post promo evaluation completed by S&CM team. First level approver of Promo to ensure accuracy & NSP/GM Steering. Ascertain GenPact posting of Inbound invoices to the appropriate Cost elements. Ensure IO Creation/Category in line with AME and EM Franchise requirement. Challenge on-top NS and margin impact of new launches and activities vis-a-vis MB spend. Send out Monthly Minutes of Review and ensure Tracker is up to date. TTC Management Tracking of actual spend of Trade Allowance against the budget allocated. Validate trade spend Debit notes and allocate these to approvers. Financial closing and Audit support Download reports from Bone system to verify all KPI’s against latest forecast. Ensure accuracy of Tarde spend accruals by reconciling and ensuring all accruals backed up with proper documentation. Ensure all Commercial Controlling area related audit queries are resolved on time. Internal Controls Compliance Responsible for testing operation and effectiveness of O2C Controls. Documentation of results of O2C Control tests (By Month, Quarter, Half-yearly and Annual).
